  Living here in New Rochelle for about 15 years - needed work done on my roof. A company came out and went up on my roof and came to the conclusion that I should get a new roof because of some loose shingles and an area of shingles that literally blew off during the last storm. The price was going to be $9,000.00. I was kind of going along with it until Some neighbors pointed out that my shingles looked in great condition.
  I called for another estimate. I would up calling McLeod Bros which were highly recommended. Vinny wound up coming out to my house to survey the damage. He immediately stated that in his professional opinion, the shingles had several more years of life as they looked really good.
  The area that was missing shingles was repaired. All loose shingles were reinforced. The crew was spectacular. The crew also stated that the shingles were great. Vinny could have easily said that I could use a new roof - but instead he knew it wasn’t a necessity at the moment.
  My roof was repaired for an amazing price - obviously saving me literally thousands upon thousands. When I finally need an entire roof, I am definitely calling Vinny at McLeod Bros guaranteed.
