  Honda of New Rochelle was highly recommended to me by friends and coworkers who may or may not have purchased their own vehicles from this location. Even before going into the dealership, the staff was accommodating, making sure what I wanted was met upon coming in. What I wanted was unfortunately too much for me after plugging in the numbers, but Ms. Cooper and Mr. Shaw helped me find an alternative which was much more affordable and still very stylish (a 2018 Honda CR-V). As a first time car buyer, I fully trusted the staff as they answered any and all questions I may have had, but Mr. Carlos Santana took it a step further. Carlos explained all the figures to me before signing off on any documents and took the time to help me understand the significance in things most buyers disregard. Just as it was recommended to me, I, too, am highly recommending Honda of New Rochelle for their excellent customer service, friendly demeanor, professionalism, and courtesy towards their customers wants and needs. Thank you Ms. Cooper, Mr. Shaw, and Mr. Santana for all of your assistance in helping me with my first car!
